When performance and endurance are key concerns, the High Performance castor is world class. A large opposed taper roller bearing in the swivel head means the castor can be power towed at speeds up to 12kph over flat surfaces without obstructions. The steel passivated zinc plated frame is robot welded and a fully sealed greasable swivel head make this castor easy to maintain. Richmond’s High Performance Series is custom designed and manufactured in-house to specification.

The S657B by Richmond Rolling Solutions is a swivel frame castor and uses a polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel. This swivel castor is part of our high performance series range and has a maximum capacity of 1100kg. The S657B wheel is fitted with ball bearings. The swivel frame allows the castor to swivel 360°. The overall polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel diameter is 150mm, the wheel width is 75mm and can be ordered separately (PU615). For the same castor without a brake, see S657.
