Conveyor rollers are an economical material handling solution used in many industries for simplicity and functionality. Spring loaded shafts not only provide hassle free maintenance and simple installation they also ensure secure attachment to the conveyor frame (channel) maximizing roller and bearing function and performance.

Rubber coated rollers are ideal for use in many of the heavier industries, such as mining applications, automotive, textile, pharmaceutical, laboratory’s, food manufacturing, oil and gas industries. Rubber coated conveyor rollers have a distinct advantage, they have a soft coating providing a strong grip for better traction whilst providing extra protection for goods when traveling on a conveyor system. Rubber coated rollers are durable and help absorb shock while being more resilient than standard metal rollers. Rubber coated rollers have a natural give with flexibility allowing for even weight distribution throughout the roller, instead of concentrated pressure at the point of contact.

Rollers are available in a zinc plated steel, nylon, polyurethane, and stainless steel for wash down applications. It is recommended that there be a minimum of three rollers under the goods being transported at any one time. The size of the object being transported can help determine the roller pitch on your conveyor system applying the three-roller rule.
