When performance and endurance are key concerns, the High Performance castor is world class. A large opposed taper roller bearing in the swivel head means the castor can be power towed at speeds up to 12kph over flat surfaces without obstructions. The steel passivated zinc plated frame is robot welded and a fully sealed greasable swivel head make this castor easy to maintain. Richmond’s High Performance Series is custom designed and manufactured in-house to specification.

The S1225B manufactured by Richmond Rolling Solutions is a swivel frame castor and uses a polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel. This swivel castor is one of our high performance series range and has a top load capacity of 1500kg. The S1225B is assembled with ball bearings on the castors axle. The swivel frame of this castor allows for full 360° swivel rotation. The outside diameter of the polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel is 300mm, the wheel width is 100mm and can be ordered separately (PU1224).
