When performance and endurance are key concerns, the High Performance castor is world class. A large opposed taper roller bearing in the swivel head means the castor can be power towed at speeds up to 12kph over flat surfaces without obstructions. The steel passivated zinc plated frame is robot welded and a fully sealed greasable swivel head make this castor easy to maintain. Richmond’s High Performance Series is custom designed and manufactured in-house to specification.

The R634 manufactured by Richmond Rolling Solutions is a rigid frame castor and features a polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel. This rigid castor is one of our high performance series range and can hold loads up to 900kg. The R634 wheel is fitted with ball bearings. This castors rigid frame allows for linear movement and steering can be achieved by using in conjunction with swivel castors. The diameter of the polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel is 150mm, the wheel width is 50mm and can be ordered separately (PU659).
