Description
The TTR003 Lithium Battery Powered Electric Tug is built to deliver safe, predictable movement of heavy loads in industrial environments. Fitted with a high-torque 48V 1500W DC motor, it provides a consistent drawbar pulling force of 1000N, allowing operators to manoeuvre loads up to 2.5 tonnes with confidence and control. The tug is supplied with a tow ball, hydraulic lift arm, clevis hitch mount and support wheels, along with a battery charger, power leads, mounting hardware and installation accessories. This range of included attachments provides a versatile setup for handling different towing and load-moving applications.
Its 48V 50Ah lithium-ion battery system supports opportunity charging, helping keep the tug in service throughout demanding workflows while reducing downtime associated with traditional lead-acid batteries. The unit is supplied with a 47V 8A charger and is well suited to applications requiring frequent operation across a full shift.
Operators benefit from precise control through the ergonomic hand controller, with adjustable travel speeds from 1 km/h to 4 km/h. A variable speed controller provides smooth acceleration and deceleration, supporting controlled movement in tight spaces and high-traffic areas.
