Description
The tray features three 25mm deep pressed sides, allowing for secure stacking and improved storage efficiency in busy kitchen environments. The open side design supports quick loading and unloading of products, helping maintain workflow during high-volume baking operations.
The perforated base allows air to circulate during baking, supporting more consistent results and improved heat distribution. This makes it suitable for applications such as bread, pastries, and other products requiring even cooking.
The tray is food-grade approved and suitable for commercial use. A non-stick coated option is also available for applications requiring easier product release.
