Richmond Heavy Industrial Series castor has been developed to meet the exacting demands of customers wanting castors capable of being transported long distances. Zinc plated to provide corrosion resistance, a grease nipple to maintain smooth operation and an industry leading swivel lock and brake design all combined with a 6mm baseplate thickness and welded forks that provide uncompromised strength and resistance to flexing.
This castor includes a directional lock – This feature locks the swivel direction of the castor but still allows the wheel to turn. When the directional lock is released, full swivel function is returned to the castor. Castors with a directional lock are indicated by a ‘D’ at the end of the castor code, and feature a green pedal on the castor frame.
